The TaylorMade SIM2 MAX fairway wood offers a larger profile. This makes playing easier by absorbing missed hits, which occur particularly inside and outside. The different woods each have adapted sizes. It features a neutral orientation and high launch with medium spin.
Multi-material construction
A larger 190cc head design provides more room to distribute weight in the head for explosive distance, improved forgiveness and high launch. Additionally, the hitting surface has become larger, providing more room to correct missed hits.
New V Steel design
An updated V Steel design redistributes weight to improve forgiveness while maintaining low center of gravity characteristics. A lowered heel and toe area minimizes the sole surface area. This prevents you from digging too deep into the ground and instead allows you to easily glide through the fairway.
Twist face made of C300 steel
High-strength C300 steel creates a strong, fast face designed for explosive ball speeds, paired with Twist Face technology to overcome the golfer's inherent tendency to miss shots and enable straighter shots.
