Payment - shipping options
Track your order:
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive your dispatch confirmation and one or more tracking numbers by email. To track the progress of your shipment, please use the shipment number given in your shipping confirmation, in the post link below.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are dispatched every working day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
Note: All "in stock" orders that are mailed will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of credit card authorization and verification.
Note: We dispatch all "in stock" orders that can be sent by Post Express (EMS) on request immediately after the order and payment. If an express order, an item that is "in stock", is placed after 12:00 noon, the order will be processed and shipped on the following working day.
Orders that require customization (special handles, shafts, lengths, etc.) will be delivered via the shipping method chosen by the customer after the customization is complete. Express shipping methods cannot speed up the customization processing time.

Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Amex, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
If we cannot process the payment with your credit card, please make sure that the credit card number, expiry date, billing name and address have been entered correctly and that these exactly match your credit card statement. If one of these details is incorrect, this can delay your shipment. You will be notified by email or phone if there is a problem with the payment information you provided during the ordering process.
Orders for customized articles:
All customer-specific and personalized items will be fully charged to you at the time of ordering.
