Return Policy:
It is important to us that you communicate with everyone PAPILLON Golf putters that you have purchased are absolutely thrilled. If, contrary to expectations, you are not satisfied, you can of course make use of your right of return within 14 days and receive a full refund of the product price. Postal charges of whatever kind are not covered by this agreement and will not be reimbursed and must therefore be borne by the customer himself.
Please keep proof of postage when you send it to us PAPILLON Golf putters send back by post.

PAPILLON PUTTER keeps reserves the right to refuse a refund outside of the above 14 day refund period unless the product is deemed defective.
Condition for a refund:
- The PAPILLON PUTTER and all items must be returned in their original condition and unused.

The refund amount will be credited to the account used for the order within 14 working days.
The following items are excluded from the right of return:

- Personalized items
- Used items
We point out that brass can change color over time. This is intentional and reflects that you and your PAPILLON PUTTER successfully conquered some greens together.
