RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Cancellation policy:

If you order products from us in the special PAPILLON Golf Putter for non-commercial use and are a consumer, the following cancellation policy applies and you have a fourteen-day right of cancellation.

 

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you placed the order.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Company Papillon-Putter, Mozartstrasse 12, A-2435 Wienerherberg, Email: papillon-putter@golfswing.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

 

Consequences of revocation:

 

If you revoke this contract, we must repay to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case in new condition, in the original packaging, at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired. You bear the direct responsibility and costs of returning the goods. Please contact us before shipping; we will be happy to work with you to find the most cost-effective solution. You only have to pay for any loss of goods or loss of value of the goods if this loss of goods or value of the goods is due to improper handling of the goods when checking the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of all customized & personalized items that are not prefabricated and for which individual processing is significantly required or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. This includes our spare parts.
