About me
ABOUT ME
“Schloss Fuschl Golf Club” 1974, I am 13 years old. The enthusiasm and unbelievable joy for golf are already seething in my youthful veins. As one of the youngest caddies, I use every chance, every opportunity to spend my free time on the golf course with really good, experienced players. In the evening - when it is dark - and the course has become deserted, I hit back scattered golf balls with my "play equipment" with great precision. My initially somewhat special, very original "golf starter set" - consisting of a wide variety of rusted ladies and gentlemen's models, which were retired by the golf members, I can improve more and more with the very lucrative income as a caddy. Back then I played with so many different golf clubs, drivers, irons, putters, types and brands. It quickly became clear to me that like the king in chess, in golf it is the putter who ultimately decides the round - and often also my wages as a caddy ... As a young amateur at the age of 24 (handicap 2.8) as Well as an international golf professional, the ambition and claim has awakened more and more in me - to create something unique - something completely new - very special - for the highest demands - beyond mediocrity ... A "royal" putter that wins the round of golf with a clear, precise shot. "
My life is characterized by numerous golf tournaments won, unforgettable course records, championship and tournament series as well as the perpetual claim to create an incomparable, new “king putter” to complement this golf passion.

Through my decades of activity as a playing and teaching pro, I was able to play on a wide variety of greens on the numerous golf courses around the world. If I had a fast and heavy putter for fast greens, the direction was very good, but length control was more difficult. The length was fine with a light putter, but the direction was more challenging.
It is usually the putter that decides the game. The success of a good lap does not lie in the beautiful, long drives. This racket is only needed approx. 12 to 14 times per round. Therefore, it is usually the putter that determines the success of a round. On average, a professional needs his putter around 30 times and an amateur up to 45 times per round.ER makes a good game even better and lets you “forget” bad drives. On the green, every stroke not taken counts! So I came up with the idea of making a putter that would be heavy enough to hold in position, not transfer weight directly onto the ball, and control length.I have decided to design a new type of precision device, a solid quality product that meets both the expectations of beginners and the requirements of professional athletes.
A heavy putter is directionally stable. However, length control is more difficult to play because the putter transfers the weight directly to the golf ball. A light putter is easier to control in length. However, due to the lower weight, the putter is more easily twisted and it is more challenging to bring the face square to the ball, especially if the ball is not hit in the middle of the face.
THE "PAPILLON - PUTTER" a completely new philosophy:
The PAPILLON PUTTER with the crossing but not touching weight bars - the so-called real crossweighting weight distribution, combines both essential advantages in its glamorous form. The weights placed on the outside do not give the force directly to the ball, but the exact weight provides the necessary stability to keep the direction.
Both the length and the direction are thereby harmoniously stabilized. If the ball is not hit in the middle of the putter surface, the lateral distribution of the weights prevents the putter from twisting. The flexible, gradual change in weight from 300 grams to 450 grams allows the player to adapt his personal golf swing to the green. This way, even putt professionals can change their face from face balance to toe slope thanks to the horizontally distributed putter weights and thus adapt perfectly to their very special playing characteristics.
