RETURN POLICY

Returns Policy:

Papillon - putter's  want you with everyone Papillon - putter, that you have purchased are absolutely thrilled. If, contrary to expectations, you are not satisfied, you can of course make use of your right of return within 14 days and receive a full refund of the product price. Postage, of whatever kind, is not covered by this agreement and will not be replaced and must therefore be borne by the customer.

Please keep the proof of postage when you send us the Papillon - putter send back by post.

Papillon - putter's reserves the right to refuse a refund outside of the 14-day refund period above, unless the product is found to be defective.

 

Requirements for a refund:

 

• The Papillon - putter as well as all items must be returned in their original condition and unused.
• The completeness of all parts and accessories must be returned in an intact condition.

 

Within 14 working days, the refund amount will be credited to the account used for the order.

 

The following items are excluded from the right of return:

• Customized items
• Personalized articles
• Used items

We point out that brass can change color over time. This is intentional and reflects that you and her PAPILLON PUTTER have successfully conquered some greens together.
