Returns Policy:

Papillon Putter’s wants you to be absolutely delighted with every Papillon putter that you have purchased. If, contrary to expectations, you are not satisfied, you can of course make use of your right of return within 14 days and receive a full refund of the product price. Postage of whatever kind is not covered by this agreement and will not be reimbursed and is therefore to be borne by the customer.

Please keep the proof of postage when you send the PAPILLON PUTTER

PAPILLON PUTTER`S reserves the right to refuse a refund outside of the 14-day refund period mentioned above, unless the product is deemed to be defective. Requirements for a refund: • The PAPILLON PUTTER and all items must be returned in their original condition and unused.• The completeness of all parts and accessories must be returned in an intact condition. Within 14 working days, the refund amount will be credited to the account used for the order. The following items are excluded from the right of return:• Customized articles• Personalized articles• Used items We point out that brass can change color over time.
