Using computer-controlled, fivefold high-tech precision milling cutter (CNC) as well professional handwork is created from bare aircraft aluminum 7075 in more than 50 individual work steps PAPILLON - Golf putters.

After over 2 hours of work, the square aluminum block gives the characteristic shape with the curves, the non-contacting "wings", with the thread notches for a single one PAPILLON free.

The base body is now ready for the next step: The anodization: This creates a thin oxide layer that protects the aluminum from corrosion. 

17 additional individual parts take more than twice as long (hitting surface made of brass 1.4305, 4 stainless steel screws, 4 stainless steel swing weights, ...)

Every part is checked and assembled by hand.  The logo is then milled desired personalization as well as the limited available Limited edition number.

After a further, most precise check, each individual receives it PAPILLON - PUTTER  be Measurement and test report, as well as its consecutive Limit Edition number and is released by the factory.

This is available as both a right-handed and left-handed model.          A designer putter cover made of the finest leather and elegant embroidery is also included.
